During the healthcare debate, one of the options that never was considered seriously was Medicare for all. I supported single payer, but since the democrats did not support it, I had hoped that they would support a Medicare for all system. The thought was with Medicares' low administrative costs and by enlarging the risk pool to include younger healthier persons, we could help to control the rising costs of Medicare while providing a solid, affordable insurance program to the public. That did not happen. Now what we have is talk of ending Medicare or at least severely constraining it by cutting it back. This is way out of whack. I saw this coming, the way I saw the Bush tax cuts doing severe damage to the economy. Someone help me out here.

Now that part of the mission really has been accomplished, lets review what our patriotic conservative friends have said about us (TYT) and President Obama. This is a very small sample
Why bring this up?
Because when the spin begins its important to see where the the other shoe dropped before our local trolls wax poetic about their unwavering support for Obama's efforts in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
"
After U.S. President Barack Obama made the televised announcement that al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden was dead, an anchor for American Fox News Channel made the ultimate gaffe on air. In 16 seconds of infamy that has been seen across the world thanks to YouTube, he told viewers, “President Obama is in fact dead.” Hindi News Network
" I come from a family of military heroes also. My family paid the price so that I can have the freedom of speech to vigorously support the Commander In Chief and the military while our country is at war." KenTX/Hugh/Hans/Bigfoot/gor
dy
It's not that Democrats don't try to use Special Forces. They do on rare occasion, albeit it without much success. But Democrats have no stomach for casualties. If they lose a handful of men on a failed mission, Democrats will raise the flag of surrender, and run every time. KenTX/Hugh/Hans/Bigfoot/gor
dy
The Democrats desire to defeat the troops in Iraq and Afganistan. They want to impeach Bush because that is another way to victory in the war against the war KenTX/Hugh/Hans/Bigfoot/gor

The objective of the surge was to destroy al Qaeda. KenTX/Hugh/Hans/Bigfoot/gor

Remember, this? Fox "confused "Obama with Osama and had a
contributor call for Obama’s assassination.

A lot of people will make the point today that we should leave Afghanistan as soon as possible now that our top goal of going over there has been accomplished. This comes, ironically, eight years to the day after President Bush declared Mission Accomplished in regard to Iraq -- and can anyone remind me what that mission was?
We declared two wars to target Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden. They were in Afghanistan and Iraq. We killed bin Laden in Pakistan.

Holy Shit!...Is its true? President Obama's big announcement; Bin Laden is dead! Ladies and Gentlemen, we got him! Bin Laden tracked down and killed in a firefight in Pakistan by US forces, his body retrieved. Though no photo evidence has been brought out yet, expect it to show up within the next day or so. I still don't believe it. After all those years, two wars, so much destruction, mayhem, suffering, and strain, Osama Bin Laden is dead. The question now is, if this is true, as it appears, how can Obama lose re-election? Look, by no means necessary am I a cheerleader for Obama. I think, personally, he's too centrist and not willing to fight for progressive causes. Yet, in spite of that, come on. If Obama takes out Bin Laden, something George Bush FAILED to do in EIGHT YEARS, how do you counter that to the American public during an election season. Republicans, I believe the answer is, checkmate.

The terrorist manual from the 1940s OSS and SOE; CIA and M16 or SIS- the US and the UK intelligence institutions- may be old and outdated or even replaced with modern technology, but the terrorist practices and principles are still used today by various terrorist groups. The fact the GOP and Tea Party groups are using these tactics is not at all shocking. But you all should be made aware that these are in fact terrorism tactics, they are dirty tricks tactics, and they are being used against US citizens. When the GOP declares war via its propaganda outlet Fox News, we should take notice because they aren't kidding around. Although they are a bunch of clowns, we should take them seriously enough to defend ourselves. After all, we are in fact under attack by terrorists.

Rep. Sally Kern, R-Oklahoma City, said minorities earn less than white people because they don’t work as hard and have less initiative.
“We have a high percentage of blacks in prison, and that’s tragic, but are they in prison just because they are black or because they don’t want to study as hard in school? I’ve taught school, and I saw a lot of people of color who didn’t study hard because they said the government would take care of them.”
Kern said women earn less than men because “they tend to spend more time at home with their families.”
While Kern has long history of taking outlandish positions — from saying homosexuality is more dangerous than terrorism to introducing legislation to force teachers to question evolution — her bigoted comments reflect a disturbing trend among even mainstream conservatives to blame valuable social safety net programs for creating a culture of dependency or even “slavery.”

Have you ever read the lips of the Republican Congressmen and Congresswomen when they recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag? Have you ever suspected that the GOP, the Republican Congressmen and Congresswomen, recite a different Pledge of Allegiance than the one we say? Do you know what they are really saying when the Pledge of Allegiance is recited in a gathering?!
The next time you have the opportunity to witness them saying the Pledge of Allegiance, read their lips instead of listening to the other voices in the room.
Here is the Republican or GOP Pledge of Allegiance.

Real estate mogul Donald Trump served up a profanity laced speech to Republican supporters in Las Vegas Thursday night, attacking American policies and continuing his flirtation with a run for the GOP presidential nomination.
"They (OPEC) want to go in and raise the price of oil because we have nobody in Washington that sits back and says you're not going to raise that f-ing price, you understand me?" Trump said.
"We build a school (in Iraq), we build a road. They blow up the road. They blow up the school. We build another school, we build another road, they blow them up," Trump said. "We build again, in the meantime we can't get a f-king school built in Brooklyn."
